Dance for Happiness

My positive substance is dancing. Dancing helps me express myself in a safe space. The dance class I got to helps me push past my limits. No one judges you and you know everyone is improving. Thats the great thing about dancing, you can always improve. Its not like you can always be perfect. Dancing also makes me feels relaxed. Sometimes I can be very anxious or worries but when I go to dance class I forget about all my worries. Dancing just makes me feel free and alive. I just feel so great and amazing. I get magical feelings like nothing else in the world matters except me and my dance.
