Virtual Me Time

My positive substance is playing video games. Video games are my positive substance because it allows me to find common ground with others, helps me to cope with things around me, and I can play with my family. I can make new friends by finding the same game we both like playing. My aunt recently passed away and one of the way I kept my mind off of things was playing video games. Last, they help me and my family get closer as we can all play video games together.
